Learn to calm and steady the mind and be in the present moment through the simple practice of mindfulness guided by Somatic Practitioner, Susan Bendix. In this workshop, participants will learn breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and a mini-guided meditation that supports balance, a deep sense of calm and a decrease in stress. Youth and adults can both benefit from mindfulness practices - participants do not need to bring anything or wear anything specific. All materials provided. 

 

Ages: Best suited for ages 10 and up.
