Join teaching artist, Susan Bendix, for a relaxing hour of Chair Yoga. Follow guided movements from the comfort of your chair that stretch, strengthen, and invigorate you! All skill levels are invited to join, no experience or special equipment needed. Class will be held live over Zoom and meeting invitation info will be shared with participants prior to the start date.
