You’re Family to Me invites you to come as an individual, pair, or trio of people who belong to your 'family' - which could mean people you're related to, your chosen family, work family, or any other kind of close familial connection you share. The series will guide participants through some storytelling circles, sometimes fully open to any story and sometimes following themes like home, food, ritual, and coming-of-age moments. Participants will tell and listen to many stories, help support each other in developing and honing the craft of storytelling and build a bond of community. The series will culminate in a free, casual performance of these stories with an invited audience.
