Join teaching artist, Susan Bendix, for virtual Mature Moving Me this summer! Participants of all levels and abilities are welcome to join and use this class to breathe, stretch, move and relax with others. Class content includes both seated and standing options for movement. Open and free to adults ages 55+. Classes will be held live over Zoom - information on how to join will be sent via email with registration.
