Join teaching artist, Susan Bendix, for virtual Mature Moving Me! Participants of all levels and abilities are welcome to join and use this class to breathe, stretch, move and relax with others. Class content includes both seated and standing options for movement. Open and free to adults ages 55+. Class will be held live over Zoom and meeting invitation info will be shared with participants when registered.
