Stageworks is Mesa Arts Center's own family theater company. Stageworks produces plays that embrace the youthful spirit and awaken the child in all of us. Using student and adults in acting roles, the plays celebrate young people and their life journey.

This award-winning company was formerly known as Mesa Youtheatre. Stageworks presents a season of three theatrical productions for young audiences and their families, and performances by its dance and improvisational theater troupes.

Stageworks programs include classes in the performing arts, special workshops for at-risk students, extensive community outreach performances, and a summer arts classes.
