Five Stars For Sesame Street Live!

by Mesa Arts Center | June 18, 2015

Because it was my family’s first time seeing the performance of Sesame Street Live we were not sure what to expect at the Sunday afternoon matinee. While we definitely thought we would see some singing and dancing, we were very surprised by how interactive this show was! It was really awesome to see the cast leaving the stage to dance down the aisles and get up close and personal. The songs and dances were very much geared towards the age group in the audience. Songs like “Itsy Bitsy Spider”, “The Wheels on the Bus” and the alphabet song sent my 3 year old over the moon with joy!

On top of that, the Mesa Arts Center was a very comfortable setting. Parking was very easy, crowds were not shoulder to shoulder, vendors were not on the over-load, and the Will Call line was very quick-moving. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable and there was not one bad seat in the theater! Having never been to Mesa Arts Center this one time experience will have me looking into more shows to come enjoy!
