Calling All Collectors and Gift-Givers

by Erin Bryan | December 1, 2016

Do you have a passion for original works of art? It’s the best time of year, the Eighth Annual Original Print Calendar is here! If you are looking to start your own collection of art, or if you are struggling to find the perfect holiday gift, the Annual Print Calendar is sure to impress. The prints, ranging from relief prints to screen prints as well as etchings to lithographs, are all hand produced on acid free paper and adhered to the calendar with photo corners for easy removal -- perfect for framing and decorating the walls of your home! Each of the twelve months has a different print and no two calendars are alike. This limited edition calendar is a great way to begin your own art collection or give as a unique holiday gift.

There is an outstanding group of artists whose work will be featured in the 2017 Annual Print Calendar. Each artist brings a distinctive and unique style to the calendar, and the prints represent the diversity of the print medium itself, both in content and in technique. Several of the artists are influenced by relevant social and political issues and some of the Arizona-specific artists have created prints that reflect our state; a map of Phoenix, a saguaro in full bloom, and the iconic cowboy motif, to name a few. The Eighth Annual Original Print Calendar is sure to be a hit, whether it is hanging in your home, or being given as a gift!

Calendars will be available for purchase at Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum by Friday, Dec 9. Preorder before December 9 to receive $5 off every 2017 calendar purchased.
